💰 Monetize Your Events with Native Paid Events. You can now host and sell access to events directly inside your Honeycommb network—no external tools required.
Paid Events is now a native Honeycommb feature, making it easy for network owners to create paid workshops, trainings, livestreams, meetups, and exclusive sessions while capturing payments seamlessly within their community.
With Paid Events, you can: 👇
- • Create paid events natively inside your Honeycommb network
- • Charge for access to event details like location, livestream links, or recordings
- • Collect payments directly from members without sending them elsewhere
- • Keep everything centralized—events, payments, and community engagement in one place
Creating Paid Events
Networks with the "Monetization" add on (a $0 add on) and connected to a Stripe account will see, when creating a new event of any type, a new RSVP setting in the list of RSVP settings, "Paid Event".
Selecting the Paid Event RSVP settings will then allow you to set a price and an RSVP limnit (optional).
And that's it! Now, when you publish your event, members will be able to purchase access to that event directly in the network.

The Member Experience
Paid Events are designed to feel natural, intuitive, and beautifully integrated into the network experience your members already know.

Event List View
Members see paid events directly alongside free events in a clean, scrollable list. Each event clearly displays:
- • Event title and cover image
- • Date and time
- • Whether the event is live, upcoming, or past
- • The price for paid events
This makes it easy for members to discover upcoming paid experiences and understand the value at a glance.

Event Page Detail View
When a member taps into a paid event, they’ll see a detailed event page with:
- • Full event description and benefits
- • Event date, time, and format (livestream, online, or in-person)
- • Organizer, host, speaker, guest information
- • A clear price and call to action

The checkout experience happens right within the network, with Apple Pay and Google Pay available. After purchasing, paid members unlock access to:
- • Livestream location
- • Online location (like a zoom link)
- • Location details for in-person events
- • Attachments or materials shared by the host

For many of our networks, monetization is what makes running a community possible. Until now, Honeycommb has focused on subscription payments because of the power of recurring revenue. With Paid Events, we’re expanding beyond subscriptions to support one-time payments—unlocking new ways to earn and opening the door to even more monetization opportunities ahead.
